SHIPPING??

Shipping charges start at $8.00. Over $175.00 purchases are free (choose UPS-Free at checkout). Most items will be shipped using US Mail however 5 or more garments will be shipped UPS ground.

RETURNS??

Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We pride ourselves on using not only the best manufacturers representing the best garments, we are proud of our record! But, if for some reason you are not satisfied, notify us immediately. All legitimate returns claims will be honored. In order to process your claim quicly and fairly, the following procedure is necessary.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED

Returns by mail must be made with 14 days of receipt of order. Please contact our store immediately for return approval and notify of reason.

No exchange or store credit will be issued until inspection of the merchandise is completed and approved by the returns department.

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS

Uniform Headquarters will accept returns of unwanted, unworn merchandise in resellable condition. All returns are issued in the form of store credit only or even exchange in size.

RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED

In an effort to be fair and consistent with all of our customers and continue to provide you with the best possible service, there are certain returns that we do not accept.
These include seasonal and holiday prints, discontinued styles and prints and customized embroidered garments.

EXCHANGES/CREDITS

Uniform Headquarters will exchange merchandise or issue a due bill for the amount of returned garment(s) as per your request. No refunds will be given. If returned item has been shipped back and you in turn would like us to ship exchange a $9.00 will be the customers responsibility.

DEFECTIVE NEW AND WORN MERCHANDISE

Because we guarantee our garments to be free of defect in workmanship and fabric flaws, please notify us within 14 days of any unforseen defective garments, please mark the defective area. Credit will be issued after return department has inspected and determined that the garment is a manufacturer's defect.

SHIPPING DISCREPANCY

Shipping inaccuracies should be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods.
